Updated Oct 2026

Review the client's agreed rates, prepare a billing period and check drafts before treating them as final invoices.

Check rates first

  1. Open Reporting & Billing, then Rate Cards & Settings.
  2. Select the intended client's rate card and check the agreement it represents.
  3. Review the effective date, charge units, included quantities and any allowances or limits that apply.
  4. If a rate is wrong, have the billing owner correct the intended period before preparing invoices.

What you will see

Reporting & Billing separates client billing, StoreFulfil usage, invoices and rate settings. Available views depend on your role.
Review rates and effective dates in Rate Cards & Settings before preparing client drafts.

Prepare and review a period

  1. Open Client Billing and choose the client and date period.
  2. Use Prepare drafts only when the period and rates are correct.
  3. Open the resulting draft and compare its charge lines with the recorded warehouse work.
  4. Review external work entries separately; they should not be mistaken for work originally recorded in StoreFulfil.
  5. Use the supported invoice controls after review. Keep the draft, invoice status and PDF result distinct.

Two different bills

Client Billing covers what the warehouse charges its clients. StoreFulfil Usage covers the warehouse's StoreFulfil activity and charges. Do not use one as a substitute for the other.
