Process a manually created Shopify order without implying that StoreFulfil creates or approves the order itself.
Do not create or edit the order in StoreFulfil, and do not work from a Shopify order that has not imported.
StoreFulfil does not create orders. Create any ad-hoc or manually entered order in Shopify, then let StoreFulfil import it.
Staff create the order in Shopify and process it in StoreFulfil only after the normal safety and eligibility checks clear.
Use these signals to decide whether the work is ready to continue, complete, or needs an owner.
Created in Shopify
The source order exists, but it may not yet have been imported.
Next: Wait for import or ask an Admin to run the client sync.
Imported and eligible
StoreFulfil has the order and its safety and eligibility checks permit the next action.
Next: Process it through the normal queue and shipment flow.
Imported but blocked
The order exists locally but a safety, payment, inventory, or review condition remains.
Next: Read the displayed blocker and follow its hand-off path.
Warehouse Operator or Warehouse Admin after the displayed safety and eligibility checks clear
The source order exists, but it may not yet have been imported.
Wait for import or ask an Admin to run the client sync.
Do not create or edit the order in StoreFulfil, and do not work from a Shopify order that has not imported.
The order is visible in StoreFulfil with current lines and an eligible next state.
