Before you begin

Give warehouse operators a repeatable pick-and-pack sequence that ends with truthful shipment details.

Prerequisites

  • The order is ready and owned for processing.
  • The current line quantities are visible in Order Detail.
  • The parcel is physically packed before shipment confirmation.

Do not confirm packing or enter placeholder tracking to clear a queue.

StoreFulfil provides a manual checklist and packing confirmation. Staff remain responsible for verifying the items and parcel.

Workflow Steps

  1. Review the current local checklist for the order.
  2. Pick the required items.
  3. Confirm packing completion manually.
  4. Proceed to shipment using explicit carrier/tracking input or the admin-only DHL Kleinpaket flow.

Expected Outcome

The order has a completed local checklist and packing confirmation before shipment.
