Before you begin

Show how imports, webhooks, manual syncs, and write-backs appear so an Admin can tell fresh data from an unresolved exception.

Prerequisites

  • The client connection and mapped location are known.
  • The Admin can view Client Detail, the relevant order or inventory page, and Needs Attention.
  • The source change has an order, product, or client reference.

Stop and check

Do not call a delayed view proof of success or repeat writes without reading the current result.

StoreFulfil receives Shopify information through imports and webhooks, and a Warehouse Admin can use the supported client sync when a recent source change is not yet visible. A sync is a request to refresh and inspect the result; it is not proof that every downstream action has completed.
