Use the Orders page at the start of a shift and whenever choosing the next piece of work.
The Orders page is the working queue. Start with Fulfil now, then use the visible status tabs and search to find a client or order without changing its state.
What you will see
Safe Queue Routine
- Choose the correct client when the queue is filtered by client.
- Open an order that StoreFulfil presents as ready, then read its current status before picking.
- Move a blocked, failed, or ambiguous order to the named exception path instead of working around it.
- Use completed views as history; an order is not complete until every shipment has Shopify acceptance.
Never Do This
Never use a search result, old completed order, or a filtered queue as proof that an order is safe to ship.
Choose the next order
- Choose the intended client filter when one is shown.
- Open an order presented as ready and read its current detail.
- Work only an order assigned to you or explicitly handed over.
- Leave blocked, failed, and Needs Attention work for its named path.
- Use completed views as history, not as fresh work.
Questions and hand-off
If The queue and order detail disagree
Stop and ask an Admin to review the current order.
If The order disappears after an action
Re-open the current view; disappearance is not proof that Shopify accepted the shipment.
What happens next
The next order has a clear state and owner, while exceptions remain visible for the right hand-off.
