Use this when deciding whether an order is ready, already being worked, blocked, or waiting for shipment confirmation.
StoreFulfil uses the order detail to show whether work is ready, owned for processing, blocked, or awaiting shipment reconciliation. The current state, not a previous tab, controls the permitted next action.
Interpret the Visible State
- Ready means the displayed eligibility checks have cleared and the next task can be opened.
- Processing shows work is currently owned; operators should not take over someone else's active work.
- A blocker or Needs Attention item is a hand-off, not an instruction to keep picking.
- Shipment sync status confirms whether Shopify has accepted the recorded shipment.
Read the current state
- Open Order Detail rather than relying on an old queue tab.
- Ready means the displayed checks allow the next task.
- Processing means someone owns active work; do not take it over.
- Needs Attention or a blocker means hand it off.
- Check shipment sync before treating the order as complete.
Questions and hand-off
If The owner is unavailable
Ask a Warehouse Admin to make the hand-off; do not duplicate the work.
If The screen is stale after a session loss
Reopen the record and read its current owner and state.
What happens next
One person or role has a clear next action, and completion means the shipment is accepted by Shopify.
