Before you begin

Keep local picking aligned when Shopify changes an order after it has entered StoreFulfil.

Prerequisites

  • The order reference and current Shopify change are known.
  • The operator can compare current lines with any local pick checklist.
  • A Warehouse Admin is available if a client sync is needed.

Stop and check

Do not continue from an old checklist or assume an address change is harmless.

When a customer amends an order in Shopify, the updates synchronise to StoreFulfil.

System Response

  1. After a synced amendment, Order Detail shows the current Shopify lines.
  2. The local pick checklist resets when the Shopify order changes.
  3. A Warehouse Admin can run the client sync action when a recent change has not appeared.

Expected Outcome

The fulfilment checklist matches the amended Shopify order requirements.
