Use the supported training workspace to learn the screens without treating practice work as live fulfilment.

Start a practice session

Open Settings and choose Account.
Use Enter training mode when the control is available to your account.
Check that the workspace identifies training mode before opening practice orders or waves.
Follow the normal guide for the task you are practising, but keep all practice material separate from physical live work.
Return to Account and use Exit training mode before starting live work. Check that the training indicator has cleared.

What you will see

StoreFulfil personal account settings and training mode controls — Training mode is controlled for your account. Check the active mode before beginning warehouse work.

If you cannot enter

Ask an administrator about training access. Do not start an ordinary order as a substitute for a practice order.

Addresses and carrier practice

Training does not authorise real shipping. Any supported address or carrier practice must follow the warehouse's approved training setup, not a copied live customer record.

Check your result

You can recognise the training workspace and return to your normal work mode before handling live orders.
