ReturnZap return context, carried into the warehouse.

We partner with ReturnZap to provide native integration with its returns workflow. ReturnZap manages the customer-facing journey; expected-return details can help the warehouse team identify incoming parcels, while StoreFulfil records physical receipt and item-level checks.

The warehouse workflow

Use expected-return details to identify incoming parcels.

ReturnZap return details provide context before a parcel arrives; they do not confirm physical receipt. Warehouse staff receive the parcel, verify its ownership, inspect each item and record its condition and disposition in StoreFulfil.

  • Expected-return details available to support parcel identification
  • Physical receipt confirmed by warehouse staff
  • Per-item condition and disposition capture
  • ReturnZap remains responsible for the customer-facing return journey

Clear responsibilities

A return record is not proof that a parcel arrived.

StoreFulfil uses ReturnZap as an expected-return source. Warehouse teams remain responsible for physical receipt, item matching and inspection. A ReturnZap record alone does not mark an item as received or change Shopify inventory.
