What you will see

Client Shopify Connection screen with the mapped Shopify location — Check the store domain and Shopify location on the client's connection screen. An internal storage bin is not a Shopify location.

A Shopify connection needs a current warehouse location owner. An unmapped active store is not ready warehouse work, even when orders have been imported.

Admin Readiness Check

Open the client detail and confirm the intended Shopify connection is healthy.
Confirm the current mapped location is the warehouse location that owns fulfilment.
Use the visible sync result to confirm orders and inventory are arriving for that client.
Send operators to the daily queue only after the client connection and location are clear.

Confirm readiness

Open Client Detail and confirm the intended store is healthy.
Check that the mapped Shopify location is the physical warehouse that owns this work.
Check the initial order and inventory sync result for that client.
Release the queue only when connection, location, and sync are clear.

Questions and hand-off

If The store is healthy but location ownership is unclear

Keep orders unassigned and correct the mapping before work starts.

If Orders arrive but inventory does not

Leave the client unreleased and use the relevant sync or inventory guide.

What happens next

The client has one clear warehouse owner and the team can tell which work is safe to release.

The client has one correct active owner and current connection or sync evidence.
