Direct DHL booking and tracked external dispatch.
Book directly with a connected DHL account, or record an externally booked shipment using a Shopify-recognised carrier name. Australia Post, FedEx, UPS and DPD are supported for manual tracking, not direct booking; any other direct connection is scoped individually.
Direct booking
Review and book through your connected DHL account.
A connected DHL account lets authorised staff review the shipment, recipient and weight within StoreFulfil.
The workflow checks the order, destination and connected account before dispatch. Confirmed tracking is sent through the Shopify fulfilment workflow, with exceptions clearly surfaced for review.
Manual dispatch
Keep externally booked shipments in the same warehouse record.
For a shipment booked outside StoreFulfil, authorised staff enter its supported carrier name and tracking number. StoreFulfil records the dispatch and sends confirmed fulfilment and tracking to the connected Shopify store. The carrier-name list supports over 99 Shopify-recognised names; it does not mean StoreFulfil can book labels with each carrier.
