Platform
Warehouse operations in one 3PL OS.
StoreFulfil is the 3PL OS for multi-client fulfilment. Manage orders, inventory, barcode pick and pack, returns and dispatch in one warehouse operation, with commerce and shipping systems connected around it and client data kept separate.
Multi-client warehouse
One workspace; client records stay in their own lanes.
Warehouses that fulfil for several ecommerce brands often juggle separate system logins, exports and spreadsheets. StoreFulfil brings warehouse work into one queue while keeping client data separate. Shopify is the available commerce connection; other channels are assessed and scoped individually.
- Multi-client operations managed from one warehouse login
- Per-client inventory, orders, returns and permissions
- Brand users see only their own data
- Operational errors surfaced centrally — not buried in logs
Orders
Orders flow in — dispatch flows back.
Orders assigned to a mapped location in a connected Shopify store arrive in StoreFulfil automatically. Staff work from printable picklists, barcode pick and pack, then dispatch through the connected DHL workflow. Confirmed fulfilment and tracking are written back to Shopify; failed updates remain visible for safe recovery.

Inventory
Stock across every location, per client and per SKU.
Inventory is shown by client, SKU and mapped warehouse location with its freshness state. Controlled adjustments are recorded with an audit trail. For connected Shopify stores, verified-good return units can follow the supported Shopify restock flow.
Returns
Returns built for the warehouse side.
Warehouse staff physically receive returns, confirm ownership, inspect each item and record condition and disposition. Only verified-good units can follow the supported Shopify restock flow for connected Shopify stores; damaged units stay out of sellable stock.
Operations
Built for the way warehouses actually work.
Client-scoped views
Brand user access is scoped to the client’s own orders, inventory and returns.
Exceptions surfaced for review
Failed Shopify updates, sync issues and fulfilments completed outside StoreFulfil are shown for review before a duplicate local shipment is created.
Audit trails
Stock adjustments, restocks and fulfilment actions are recorded so questions can be answered later.
Browser-based warehouse work
Picklists and barcode workflows run in the browser across warehouse desktops, tablets and scanner-connected stations.
Controlled DHL dispatch
DHL dispatch stays behind shipment review and spend controls, with uncertain outcomes surfaced for recovery.
Reconciliation-ready reports
Fulfilment evidence and usage reports show confirmed operational activity for client and invoice reconciliation.
